While preparing for my interview I thought about all the questions that job seekers have asked me over the years.

This past week's Career Wake Up Call (link) included rich ponderings on social networking from our job seekers. Since everyone, including me, is recommending that you network like crazy nowadays, the question is, how do you keep up with all of it, especially if networking does not come naturally for you?

Almost every day I remind you that your job search will be more successful once you start thinking outside the box and hunting down those "underground" job opportunities. Last week I heard two out of the box job search stories that were so far beyond the average strategy that I consider them to be "out of this world". Today, I'll share both of these with you.

Although experts may have varying viewpoints as to the exact methodologies involved, leading motivational speakers and authors tend to agree on one fact: if you can see it and believe it, it will happen. No concept could be more appropriate for job seeking.
